Cameleon is a new concept of art, another avenue of artistic expression, different from painting or sculpture. Cameleon suggests that jewellery can be a work of art – one that is exhibited on the arm, around the finger, on the body of the wearer. The demands of creating these miniature works of art present a new and exciting challenge.

Born in Switzerland in 1966, Silvia Baiardi Valenghi has always been passionate about jewellery. Living in Africa and South East Asia inspired by the fusion of ancient techniques with contemporary art, she designs and forges new pieces of contemporary jewellery. Each creation represents an engagement, an affair of the heart, an emotion, a shared experience. The pieces have a story to tell. Created by Silvia’s own chance encounters and discoveries, each piece is an invitation to share her voyage.
